I believe a photograph taken without any pre-visualised idea, will never amount to anything more than just a visual record. It will have nothing
to say, nothing to share. The primary function of the picture taking stage is to record the technical components, the building blocks, required
for the post production stage. The real creativity and communication comes about at the assembly stage; the post production and printing.
The better skilled you are at technique, the more you have the tools to communicate your original idea successfully. ‘Perfect bricks make
perfect houses’. Quality gains come not in bold steps, but are a summation of many and small perfections, by constantly checking every
detail and every step to see how to make the smallest of improvements.

Workshops: I am available for totally customised workshops anywhere, covering anything you may feel I have to offer your own work.

Rental: The Seitz 6x17 digital camera complete, is available for rental with myself as an operator and assistant at a daily rate of £600,
excluding expenses; multiple days at a reduced rate.
